    The Orlando/Kissimmee KOA is your camping destination resort for all of the amazing attractions central Florida has to offer. Walt Disney World, Epcot, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, plenty of dining options and so much more are at your fingertips. To wind down, you can work on your golf game or take a helicopter tour! Orlando International Airport and major interstates are easily accessible from our campground. KOA's staff will make sure you have a great experience at this beautiful resort. Need your RV washed? How about a rental car-or even a cab? All of the sites are spacious and well-appointed, but the deluxe sites will really knock you out. Our new lodges are a great way to camp if you don’t own an RV. These furnished lodges sleep up to six with all the amenities you need. You'll also enjoy the playground, pool, spa, tiki hut, our pet friendly dog-walk areas and all the campground's modern facilities. We have a new meeting room for your group or reunion. The staff looks forward to meeting you!

    Managers of KOA Kampgrounds come from all walks of life: some are born into 'campground families;' some arrive on campgrounds as a profession after being on campgrounds for vacations; and others just a have knack for knowing what's needed in any situation they find themselves in.

    Gary Andelin, manager of Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida KOA Kampground, was in the oil business for many years. He then became a Work Kamper at the Sugarloaf Key/Key West, Florida KOA. Soon, he was promoted to the Assistant Manager on that campground. Predictably, he was then promoted again to General Manager of the Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida KOA.

    "Here we are: a small campground a limited activities schedule, competing with Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. I think our staff and our campers are fun people who have the same goals - to have fun experiences they'll remember for a long, long time. So, we introduced karaoke to the campers and they all enjoy the simple fun of a small group of people, having fun, alongside a campfire," says Gary. "I hope the campers recommend the Orlando/Kissimmee KOA Kampground to their friends."

    Gary enjoys the Florida sun on and off the campground. He also likes the activities that Florida has to offer: golf, fishing, beaches and boating.
